A nice Bar in San Miguel,with restaurant

This Used to be a very nice bar Restaurant,Called Denico's in the centre of San Miguel de Salinas,a very popular place. Due to the change of owners and different themed pub,the last name of the bar was the Pirate bar. The Bar was very nice and had an excellently well equipped Kitchen and downstairs Restaurant. The restaurant is ready to go,with a Dumb waiter from the main kitchen serving the diners. The upstairs kitchen needs equipment. The Bar itself needs a Bar Top and kitting out again. But once the property has been inspected ,the full potential will be observed,and with the right owner the bar restaurant can flourish again like before
